transfer to Commerce?

Hey, I'm a current 1st year Social Science student trying to transfer to level 2 commerce for fall 2016. Does anyone know the approximate cut-off/gpa I would need in order to get in? Do you think an 8.5/9 would have a good chance at making it in?
