Are the costs of Tuition and Textbooks deductible from Income Tax?
Is there a $ or % limit for the claims?
Thanks.

It is deductible, and can be transferred or carried forward. The details are on the tax form directly. You should also get a T2202A on MUGSI every year (usually around February) detailing the amount that you can claim.
