Tutorial before first lecture..
I have a tutorial for math 1M03 before my first core (lecture), how do I find out if the tutorials are running today/worth going to??

imo they dont start till after 1-2 weeks just like semester one

tutorials/labs dont 'usually' run till after the introductory lecture... if the course has a web page, try checking for announcements

There's really nothing to go over in tutorial if you haven't been to your first lecture yet . I think that's pretty much for the majority, if not all courses

well i just found out that I had a tutorial that i missed today so check the course website or avenue just in case

Yeah, it really can't be generalized that tutorials don't run during the first week. Many of my classes do have tutorials this week. So the best thing to do is to check the course page but considering the admin is so damn slow at updating avenue...this is almost near impossible to do...

so just go to the tutorial just in case.

Elect eng 2fh3 had a tutorial today and the professor posted the fact that that would be occurring on the website prior to the 3rd, so you should check the course webpage before said tutorial.

The tutorial I went to was pretty basic and more introductory, more than anything.. but bonus marks were available.
