Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students:
Elections will be conducted this fall to fill vacant UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS representative seats for two-year terms commencing November 1, 2007 and continuing until October 31, 2009, on the Board of Governors (1 Graduate Student and 1 Undergraduate Student); University Planning Committee (1 Graduate Student); and the Senate (3 Graduate Students, one from each of the Faculties of Business, Humanities and Social Sciences, and 2 Undergraduate Students, one from each of the Faculties of Science and Engineering).
The Nomination Period is Monday, September 17 to Friday, September 28, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. Nomination forms, definition about eligible candidates, nominators, and election procedures are available in the University Secretariat’s office, Gilmour Hall, Room 210, or its website www.mcmaster.ca/univsec
. Forms must be received in the University Secretariat’s office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2007 at 4:30 p.m.
The elections will be scheduled in late-October.
