Urgent Help Needed...
I lost my bag in the bus on my way home today and I have a Chemistry 1E03 lab at 8:30 tomorrow morning. Titles won't be open until 8:30...

If anyone has a used Chem lab notebook that I can buy or borrow tomorrow early morning at around 7 am, please send me a PM or post a message here.

Thanks.

Surely there must be someone in your lab able to lend you some sheets.

I need to do the pre-lab questions. They need to be checked at the start of the lab. :(

You can always write them out on paper so that the TA can see that you've done the prelab questions. If you go early, others may be there as well.

If the TA is nice, he or she will let it side, if you bring it next time. Says its your first lab blah blah, etc.

I just wrote them down on a piece of bond paper. Do you think it will be accepted?

Wow that's mean =( If they're worried about the numbers on the page, let them know that the TAs don't care about that; you could skip/tear out sheets...it happens sometimes when you're writing reports that you have to cross off the whole page.
Your're best bet it to write you're prelab stuff on a lined piece of paper, tell your T.A your situation and do the lab. They should understand. You could also tell him/her that you asked your friends about borrowing sheets and they didn't let you.
Hope everything goes fine for you tomorrow =)

I don't even know what bond paper is....
Is that like plain white paper? That would be OK too.

VastHorizon says thanks to mcinside for this post.

Some friends. Its a couple sheets out of the book. They wont even use 90% of the book anyway. You might want to find some new friends.

Don't worry, TAs are students too. (: I'm sure everyone's had one of these 'heart-attack moments' at one point in their university lives.

Just explain your situation, which, given that you've completed the questions anyway, you don't have much to explain, that should be more than sufficient, and the Lab Coordinator/TA should give you a slap on the wrist.

Lol, it's probably cause it's their first lab and their in 'first year' so they want to do everything 'right' and their conscious of making mistakes etc..
I wouldn't blame them totally..it's a first-time-first-year thing.

:\ Even then, I don't think it's good habit to avoid helping other people out. Building connections is more important than a few scraps of paper that you probably won't use anyways.
