Wow, that first guy is AMAZING at evading questions... I've never seen anything like that.
That is Bell for ya.
The Teksavvy's representative was amazing. If only they let the segment last a bit longer he could really make O'Leary regret challenging him with idiotic questions.

Yea, just listened to the Teksavvy rep. Way better answers. Bell didn't answer a single one, just talked about putting shit into context and their pricing.

I like you. Have you seen what Tony Clement (Industry Minister) said in regards to UBB?
And I'll watch it in a little, can't hear a thing. Roommates are having a loud convo lol.

Nah not sarcasm. You seems like a strong girl with opinions of her own and not afraid to voice it. Hopefully its not only online (though its ok still if it is).

OLOLOL.
I'm sure one of the many people who've met me can comment on this.

I've emailed my MP about the issue. If you plan to do so as well, be sure to mention the fact that most material required for post-secondary education (podcasts, research articles, lectures) must be downloaded from the internet. The decision by the CRTC undermines the right of students to have free access to the online learning materials that they have already paid for with their tuition.
I didn't even think of that.
I go through about 20 journal articles per essay. Usually one or two papers per class, 10 classes per year - and they're all in PDF form. Plus all the other stuff like lectures, podcasts, charts/graphs, assignment downloads, etc. I never realized that would be affected by UBB, but you're right.

The person that represented Teksavvy is George Burger. He is coming out full force. With his charisma and knowledge, hopefully the words will get across and this UBB mess will be over.

Hello Terry,
When I submitted the piece that you refused to print providing a different point of view about internet service regulation than that expressed by you and John Fund, I was not involved with TekSavvy. I am now. I am calling you out. You have absoilutely no leg to stand on intellectually and I challenge you to put your reputation where your mouth is. I will take you on anytime anyplace to debate this issue and show you up to be either a Bell lackey or a blinkered free market automaton who learned nothing from the near-crash of 2008. Step up or shut up.
To be fair, here is a link to my "debate" with Kevin O'Leary tonight. I used him, and I will use you.But I thought I would give you a bit of a head's up. You will need it.
