It looked like he tried to. I don't wanna speak for him because obviously nerves and what-not are going to get to you, but it seemed like he tried to push it (based on the slice that it took) instead of drive it. But whatever, all is forgiven.

“Either it was gonna be through the uprights or it was gonna be out of the stadium. I just smashed it right through,” said Crapigna.
That was the 2nd Overtime kick.
