Hey guys, so i found this video on YouTube..to be honest i would never go shopping on a day like that. Some people actually get hurt real bad on Black Fridays :/
So what do you think? Any comments/opinions regarding Black Friday?

it's the same thing as boxing day except experiences I've had were more organized/secure. At least no one got killed like before. Also, this is why WalMart is bad. Such a large corporation with large stores holding massive sales. They have to let people in then you see this happen
There aren't words to describe how pathetic this is.
American society in a nutshell: Go to college and raise debts, get a job (it doesn't matter if you like it or not, as long as it makes you good money) so you can pay your debts, but more importantly, buy things. Material possessions that give you false illusion of happiness and satisfaction with life.
"The things you own, end up owning you.."
This happens here in Canada as well, although not as extreme. Very unfortunate.
oh my goodness the poor old lady !!! they almost ripped her face off !!
other than that its funny watching these people squish each other over something that is probably 5 dollars cheaper
I don't agree with Black Friday, Walmart, or rampant consumerism in general.
Not surprised when I see this kind of stuff because people from the 'states are savages when it comes to a lot of things.
Man I just hope they start bombing Syria soon, to stop those savages... oh wait.
That was a poor taste joke, I apologize.

Just because its a joke, doesn't mean its not truth. I just though I'd bring some irony here.
Pocahontas joke is also applicable.
Oh yeah, and my opinion: "People are idiots", I though so before, and this only supports my opinion. They don't care that civilization progress has slowed down. They don't care that youth today doesn't dream of space flight and exploration, but rather of new phone with a bigger screen. They only care about that little they have or can get in their lives, with as little effort as possible. That is the reason for something like that.

I really wonder what the hell was the sale? What piece of aluminum/plastic made through Asian suffering overseas is worth losing your dignity over?

I know for one of the videos the centrepiece was a 1.25$ dish cloth, and the other was a really cheap microwave. You know, all the meaningful stuff in life.
I have yet to hear of a black friday/boxing day sale that I am interested in. I find there are rarely good sales on clothes, and with the amount of people in a store it would be too hard to try clothes on.
And usually the actual deals are the tvs etc from best buy, but they advertise the sale and then say they only carry 3 in each participating store.
Not worth my time, I never go. Plus to me, boxing day is still a major xmas holiday, I spend time at home in pjs watching movies and baking cookies, WAY better than shopping.
