On April 8th in Burridge Gym, the Last Lecture will be a great opportunity to meet with friends, reflect on your year and listen to a great keynote speaker... RJ Mitte from the hit TV show Breaking Bad! It's all part of the Mac Block Party 'Light Up The Night' event.
RJ Mitte, also known as Walt JR. or Flynn from Breaking Bad will be here on campus, speaking on a range of topics, including overcoming adversity. In addition to roles in Breaking Bad, Everybody Hates Chris and feature film House of Last Things, RJ is involved with several organizations that raise awareness of equality and diversity. In 2011 he became a Celebrity Youth Ambassador for United Cerebral Palsy and speaks at schools around the country about ways he has overcome obstacles and how he has achieved his goals. Register first, then on April 8th show up between 5-6pm for music by DJ Staples, some light food, chatting with friends and some amazing speakers.
