No worries. Also maybe check if your roomies are around that day too, easy way to meet them before school starts, and can settle any fears you might have!

I did the bus tours last year, and had tons of fun doing them! I suggest going on them and checking out Hamilton. Hamilton is probably by far the best city and most misunderstood. There are so many great areas, and by going on these tours you will begin to love the city as much as I do!

I'm more of a fan of Wiarton. Emerging willies are everywhere.
But anyways, welcome day is amazingly helpful for those going into first year so GO! It's also an amazing opportunity to find out about what you can get involved in on campus - IRC helps with building tours so you can find out about them while checking out your building; maroons run around crazy; science will be chillin .. <3 science.. there's lots to do!!

Excellent, sounds great!
Yup, I'm coming for Welcome day sara. I might see you and all the other guyz there!
Oh, and this the day where someone shakes our hand and welcomes us to McMaster? I remember someone saying that at the summer orientation.

Not really.. last year I got the all-so-job-description matching job of coordinating the entire volunteer team, so any Maroons were doing important tasks and not being wild.
