Just out of curiosity, are they the same courses?

They are anti-requisites but they are not the same. The Kin anatomy is offered by the faculty of science, and the health sci one, is obviously done by the FHS. They are similar of course and I would imagine the Kin one covers similar concepts as the FHS one, as both are intro anatomy courses. Different profs and evaluations would be expected.

They cover pretty much the same content, but the way the courses are run is very different.
