do them in order. Character arcs and storylines than span multiple seasons will create spoilers if you watch them out of order.

Having said that, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 are all awesome. Cant really tell you much about any without giving something away. 6 is the worst, and even then I'd rate it as "good", as opposed to awesome.
