i can't login to my mcmaster undergradute email...i can, however, receive an HOTMAIL that's addressed to my mcmaster email address, but when i try to login from the mcmaster website to the @mcmaster.com email with my id, it just doesn't work..
anyone know how to fix this problem????

kkk....i was trying alot of things with this login system..ie...login only with the id...and it says incorrect usename or password..
so i tried with [email protected] ca, and it said the same thing.
when i tried to login with [email protected], it said |account has been moved to a remote system instead.
when i tried to login with [email protected] said the same thing with the .ca....so i don't know what to do now...
i have to send email to my prof who said that he'll only accepts the mcmaster email...im desperate guys...help me...

I'm not sure what the problem might be.

You could contact UTS at [email protected] to see if they can help you.

This is probably really obvious, but are you logging in from http://muss.cis.mcmaster.ca and not univmail?

You just put in your MacID, not the e-mail address.

i hav the same problem... cant log in... tried enough times... i sent them an email... hopefully theyll fix it soon

who should I call/e-mail to fix this problem????

bc I'm registered in my courses and everything so that's not the problem and my mac id works for everything else it just says "incorrect id or password" whenever I try to sign in.
