Why doesn't DC++ work anymore?
I heard it isn't just me that it doesn't work for. So is it just me and the other person or did it get taken down?

Apparently the admin running the site decided to close it down because not a lot of people go there. I think there was a thread about it few weeks ago.

Oh, that's unfortunate :( I really liked being able to browse and download movies really quickly.

Not entirely sure what he means by "lack of interest", but yea it's unfortunate that it's down. I never used it, but i heard good things about it.

Probably what you interpreted it as. I think a lot of people would've been interested if there had been more publicity for it. I only found out about 2 months ago because a friend told me about it.

Very few people were on DC++ this year compared to previous years. I could barely ever find any new shows or movies.

In related news, it may interest people to know that Megaupload was re-launched yesterday as Mega under the domain name mega.co.nz
