I'm looking for an apartment to live in during the school year and was wondering if anyone has any experience living in The Woodlands Apartments (1710, 1712, 1714, 1716 Main St W)? Any info regarding cost, distance, living conditions, management, or just general information/experiences will be appreciated.

Some of my friends live there, they are good people, but behind those buildings some creeps lure occasionally (technically it's a poor area, close to the unsupervised trail, behind a plaza, lots of bored suburban teens and alcoholics).
