You vote in your "home" riding.
If you moved to attend school, you decide which address you consider your official "home": where you live while at school or where you live when not at school (e.g. with your parents).
Once you've determined your official home address (also called your "place of ordinary residence"), make sure you are registered to vote at that address. Contact Elections Canada to confirm or update your voter registration: here's how.
When you vote, you will be asked to show proof of your identity and address.
If your official home address is on campus and there's a polling station there, you may vote on campus. Learn more about voting on campus.
