work load for 2nd term
hey im a first year kin student and was wondering if i could get any advice on my second term classes.

im taking...KIN 1AA3, KIN 1E03, KIN 1F03

and my electives are BIO 1A03, MATH 1LS3

i want to get the BScKin instead of the Bkin ...so as you can see im taking my additional science classes and the math...

i was wondering if maybe i should drop math 1ls3 and take an easier class (heard ENV 1A03 was pretty easy) but then i don't wanna waste my time with a class i really don't need

SO...MY PROBLEM IS...should i keep the math and risk the chance of having a low average or should i take math in second year and take an easy class which i don't need

and if it helps my 1st term average was a 7

any advice will greatly be appreciated..merry christmas...thanks in advance

I heard that Math 1L03 is really easy. I took the other math, math 1a03, and I found it pretty easy (ended up with a 12) and Math 1L03 is supposed to easier. It's really just a review of Gr 12 math with some new stuff but it's menagable. So if you are planning on taking it eventually, I'd suggest taking it this year so you can take some second year electives next year.

Also, the earlier you take the math, the earlier you get it out of the way AND the fresher it is in your mind. If you are weaker at math, this would be particularly advantageous.

you only need to get 6 pure science credits (i.e. 2 science classes) to get a BScKin. so you would be done after 1st year. (im also in first year kin)
