Does anyone know why I'm experiencing the problem in the attached image??

I've worked part time and during the summer for the past two years now without any problems with my application, but this year, I'm getting errors. I have OSAP and the error response is not describing what action I need to take, so I can't tell what the problem is.

I've emailed in to student accounts, but I don't expect a reply anytime soon (especially with today's holiday), which is an issue because I want to apply to some jobs that expire August 5th!

If anyone could provide some insight on this, that'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
