Do all the assigned questions.

The past 2 years we had 1Z04 and 1ZZ5, so we can't really tell you the difficulty level, but as a general rule - engineering tests are not a piece of cake.

Do the assigned problems. If you find yourself having troubles, try looking over that section or go to office hours.

Then, do the first practice test (no cheating ) and score yourself. Find questions you did poorly on, and try practicing them again with the assigned problems for that section.

Also, since it's multiple choice, sometimes you can narrow down the choices and sometimes even plug the answer options back into the question to get the correct answer.

AAAAAND, relax! Make sure you have a 7-8 hour sleep the night before, and eat a healthy dinner. You'd be surprised how much this helped me.

Do the assigned problems and check your solutions with the solutions manual.

Do the assigned problems but MOST IMPORTANTLY do the practice tests, those are life savers! If you don't get something go to the math help office in Hamilton Hall, that place works miracles.
Good luck!

Do as many of the suggested problems as you can, and try and complete all the practice tests. I found that the practice tests were much harder than the tests themselves, so if you can't get all the questions on the practice tests, don't stress out too much.

I find getting a good night's sleep before tests is crucial. It allows you to be more alert and think more clearly when you are doing the test.
