Hey guys!

I have a few questions for people who live at the Glen Road apartment complex.

1. How much is hydro, on average, in a one bedroom apartment (preferably one housing two people?)
2. Do they have any other hidden fees associated with their lease?
3. How are the landlords?
4. Have you had any trouble with neighbors?

My boyfriend and I are looking to move into those apartments (since we will both be, hopefully, attending McMaster University in the fall) and I just wanted to know how high the hydro can run since my only experience renting has fallen under the "all-in" category in apartments (minus internet, and cable of course).

We have a booking for next week, so hopefully we can sort it out but if anyone has any feedback and any advice it would be appreciated! Thanks so much in advance!

Do NOT live there

The real problems are:

- loud neighbours/druggies often around
- useless landlords that change management every few months
- takes weeks to get repairs done if needed unless its a full blown flood
- poorly maintained apartments in 44 in particular
