Course Outlines:
P03: http://www.biology.mcmaster. ca/cou... 02008-09.pdf
H03: http://www.biology.mcmaster. ca/cou... 02008-09.pdf
Interesting, the Cancer course revolves around everything I learned in Cell Bio... Better keep those notes.

Oh Man Dr. Xu, I had him for microbiology. He has an accent, sometimes I can't tell what some of the words he is saying. He also likes to take about beer and cheese a lot, maybe even too much. Not sure how he teaches this course though.

haha! Yup, I had him for microbio as well, I'm hoping hes different for this course considering it's a more specialized course? But I really don't wanna get stuck having to memorize a 1000 page textbook again lol.

Hi guys, i took medmicro with Dr.Xu last year. Its fairly difficult and heavily knowledge based, however if you are even remotely interested in microbiology or diseases/medical pathology i would highly recommend this course. The lecture style is completely different than 2EE3 so dont worry, i found the course to be easier to follow and more structred. There is also several highly experienced guest lecturer's who come and teach about their specialty so it gives you some great knowledge on virology/immunology/pathology/mycology...etc
best of luck!
oh, and as of last year there were no textbooks for the course, so don't worry about that.

I heard the cancer course was pretty brutal. I haven't taken it myself though.
