I'm almost positive you'll be fine. A March deadline is super strange, and nothing will be full by now. If you're qualified to be here in every other way, I'm sure they will accommodate you. By this point, they haven't even sent out a lot of their acceptances so I can't see why it would be a problem for them.

I got early acceptance back in the day, which means I was notified of my acceptance in Feb, definitely did not accept it until much later. I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.

I got it all worked out no problem! They didn't say anything about a March deadline being unusual but they extended it til April so I can accept. Hooray!
