Admission Question
I am an out of province student and my school sent my final semester one marks and my mid term semester two marks in to McMaster about three weeks ago. Was that too late? I noticed that a lot of other students have gotten acceptances already.

I don't think so, I've heard of acceptances coming in as late as mid-May.

It's definitely not late. Mine were sent in around the second-last week of March as well. Most semestered schools send them around then, so you should hear from them soon, maybe even into May like Dillon mentioned. The acceptances that most people received till now are probably early offers based on Gr. 11 grades and 1st semester grades well above the cut-off and such.

Don't stress and enjoy the last 1 month or so of school!

i'd say you don't have anything to worry about, as long as you applied to Mac back in January, the University will get back to you eventually. sometimes it takes longer, sometimes shorter. it all depends how many people apply to your tentative program, and how good your grades are, in comparison. I'm glad you chose mac though, hope you get in!

My friend had a 93% average in Grade 12 applying to Life Science from out-of-province and didn't hear back till May. Just wait it out, and hopefully you get in! Good luck!
