Amazon Shipping to Rez??

So I'm trying to order a text book off Amazon and have it shipped to my residence as opposed to my house, but I'm having trouble with the mailing address. I know what it is, but there's a 35 character limit per line so it doesn't go through. Has anyone done this and been successful? What should I do?
