I highly doubt it is lung cancer, you are in your twenties. From first hand experience, lung cancer usually has already metastasized before it will show any signs symptoms and it is the secondary cancers that usually show symptoms. Anyways, I highly suggest you get a full checkup from a doctor.

Regardless of whether this chest pain is relate to your smoking or not (my guess is that it is but Im not a doctor), don't wait for something bad to happen before you quit for good. When something bad happens, it could be too late. Take care of yourself and quit for good! You'll be glad you did
