Yeah, I thought August was generally when they released all the seats...but I guess it's up to the individual department. If it's showing as available for someone from one faculty and full to someone from another, it's generally because the seats are being reserved.

I just got in but I'm in science.. Not sure who the seats are reserved for... I have been trying for 3 months several times a day so keep trying!!!!!
