E-mail the undergraduate psych department/adviser and ask to be put on the wait list....that's how I got into the course

I think this is a very popular course...
Just be patient and keep checking! Things should open up, especially in August.
...about that wait list thing, does it work w/Health Sci courses, too? B/c I didn't get a single elective I wanted, psych, Health Sci, or otherwise...:.(

It's the department that organizes wait lists; you should contact health sci to see.
Anyways, there's a course trading thread specifically for these issues.

I'm not sure about health sci courses, but I think the wait list availability depends on the professor/department. For instance, I tried e-mailing the prof as well as the advisor for Kinesiology about whether I could get into Kin 3SS3, but they told me they don't keep waitlists :(

Just took kin 3ss3 last term with Wilson...not even good, dont see what all the hype is about that course. As for forensic, I got into solar probably 2 hours after it opened on the first day of registration and it was already full! Heck I even emailed Dr. Day to see if they ever move the class to a larger lecture hall to accompany more students (they dont).

Be happy they offer it every year now even, back then they only did it every other year I believe =O
The course isn't what you probably expect when most people hear 'forensics' though, but since it's taught by Dr. Day it's automatically awesome (Y)

Can you expand on that? Why was the course bad?

I asked to be put on the wait-list last year during June, but a spot still hadn`t opened up for me by December . I remember asking the prof if it would be offered again next year, and I recall her telling me it would be available both terms (but it wasn`t).

We should start a forensic psych club here on MacInsiders.
Criminal Minds, anyone? http://t.qkme.me/3qplbj.jpg
