How to apply for OSAP when decision is pending?
I have a decision pending response for my second year choice. It won't cleared until August when all final grades are posted.

How do I apply for OSAP for 2013/2014 year when I am unsure of what program to enter?

Can I change the program on the OSAP application after I have submitted it?

You can just pick a program and go with it. To change it, you'd contact SFAS. The reason it asks for your program is to calculate the cost (and make sure it's an approved program). If you're switching to a different program in the same faculty (or with the same tuition costs) it shouldn't affect your OSAP.

I did not realize that each streams has different costs attached to them. Which one is the cheaper and which one is the most expensive? Does it count by units?

The student accounts and cashiers website has a pdf with all faculties/years and the cost per unit associated with them.
