Applying to co-op program
I'm currently in second year and applying for the molecular biology and genetics co-op program. I have to submit a cover letter, only I'm really not sure who to address it to.

Oscar says: For all positions posted on OSCAR, it is your responsibility, and it is in your best interest to research the employer and position.

I've been looking through the science co-op website and basically everywhere I can think of, and the only name I've been able to find is Ana Campos, who is the program counsellor. Should I be addressing my cover letter to her?

If anyone out there is also applying to this program / applied in a previous year, I'd really appreciate some guidance haha thanks!

I remember just writing "hiring manager"...though you could address it to Michelle Benjamin who is really the co-op boss of everything. Dr. Campos isn't really involved much with the co-op process except for the initial interview.

You should find out who you're addressing on the job posting itself.

@ Ryan C, I checked lol. all it really says on the job posting is the organization name (McMaster University), position title, qualifications etc., no info on who to address :S

I ended up just putting "to whom it may concern...." hopefully that's ok. Thanks for the replies!
