dkqjwl Member Join Date: Aug 2011 Posts: 52 Thanked: 0 Times Liked: 0 Times	applying med school as permanent residents or international students Are the permanent residents treated equally as Canadian citizens(Are they equally competitive)? How about when applying to U.S medical colleges as international student or permanent resident or Canadian citizen? Would these 3 groups be treated equally? Thank you.
