Just watched the movie ...

The CGI was mesmerizing ...

The story was quite entertaining ...

And the nature and battle scenes were ethereal =)

I seriously recommend it guys!

I was wondering why no one had started a thread on this yet, I guess lots of people were still doing exams.

I saw it on Saturday and thought it was amazing. I want to see it again in IMAX 3D this time.

Despite complaints about the storyline I actually liked the storyline.

Everything about it was visually stunning. Even if the story was shit it would have been worth it just for the visual. Just gorgeous.

Loved it. Add another recommendation to the pile.

I'm going see this movie next week!

The game, on the other hand, is complete fail.

I refuse to watch James Cameron movies after that POS Titanic. Pre titanic is still ok though, so Terminator and T2 are still acceptable.

Every movie game I've ever played I thought wasn't all that great. Even if the movie was killer the games always seem to fall flat.

Reeves you're missing out if you ignore this flick b/c of Titanic (which I don't think is a POS btw).

I saw it in regular 3D but I agree it would be even more incredible in IMAX 3D, I'm definitely planning a 2nd viewing at a theater with IMAX 3D.

I saw this movie, and I must say, it's definitely a pretty cool guy.

I dunno what happened at the beginning, because I fell asleep. I woke up around the point where the guy was being chased by a bunch of wolf-like things.

The battle at the end was super epic. That commander guy definitely ranks as one of the biggest movie villain douchebags ever for me, lol.

What is wrong with Titanic? Sure it was a horrible film, no arguments there. From an artistic perspective it had no redeeming qualities, none.

But I present you with two points.

1) How many movies can you name where people willfully soiled themselves so they wouldnt have to leave the theater and miss a second of the movie, despite it being their (x)th time seeing the movie? People pissed themselves so they wouldnt interrupt their 15th viewing of the movie. Eat it "Notebook".

2) Money. The market doesnt lie. Titanic was a great film, it made tons of money. The market has spoken.

Didn't you answer your own question by following with, "sure it's a horrible movie."

I like Titantic.

Also really about the soiling themselves? Do people actually have that poor bladder control? Its only 3 hours.

Avatar was awesome. I watched it in 3D the other day too. The special effects and the technology are amazing! I felt like I couldn't walk after though...It was such a long movie.
