Hopefully! I was kind of disappointed, just a little, with the first movie... (I'm a big dialogue fan... M Night is admittedly not very good with that, lol). But like the execution and graphics and such was awesome

I was about to say HELL NO but then I realized it's not a sequel to the movie
well there IS going to be a sequel to the movie since they ended the 1st one like that
but a sequel to the actual show is not bad

I like the way, they're handling the squeal. It basically has all the elements of a good sequel: same team working on it, looks like it'll expand the universe, set far enough in the future to explain why the older characters aren't in it but just close enough for some cameos, doesn't seem to ruin all the character development and plot of the original (*looks at FFVII:AC and slowly shakes head*).
Needless to say, I'm excited

Yeah Im hoping everyones favourite character Toph makes a cameo. I heard Earthbenders live for a long time *cough*Avatar Kyoshi *King Bumi*
Is it me or does Republic city seem like a cool setting for this to take place with all the rivers and towers.
Thumbs up for the return of the Cabbage merchant... or his legacy, Aang couldn't have saved the world without him

Yeah, I heard about this too -- I was wondering why there were unanswered questions in the first series, can't wait for this!

Wow, it seems that they've (whoever "they" are) have been noting the apparent talk of fans to continue the great series with another reincarnation. And, it's with the same creators/producers, so I suspect it may be as great as the last series, except that they might use the same production/plot tricks (which might make it more boring for "oldies" who've seen it before).
But then again, this info we're talking about it on wikia or wiki, so how reliable is it?
And what were the unanswered questions from the 1st series? Weren;t they at least answered implicitly?
