I know it's been over a month since school started but I just realized I can't access my avenue email. Everytime I click on it it says 'Error: Not authorized. You are not authorized to view the page you are trying to reach.' Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it??

You need to finish a quiz. Click the mail looking thing in the top with the red dot.

What's the problem? Why can't they use Avenue mail system? It's not like they require you to use Avenue in order to reply.

Avenue email addresses are capable of sending out to external domains, but actually can't receive emails from anyone except other avenue domain email addresses.

It's a pain in the ass.
