that awkward moment when you start humming quietly thinking nobody can hear you and the person next to you looks at you and you immediately stop.

That awkward moment when you're eating a granola bar in class, and you notice you accidentally have a hair in your mouth. But it's not like a small cat hair or something, it's a full hair from your head (my hair is almost to my elbows). And you have to decide if you are going to pull it out, which everyone in class will see you do and get creeped out by the humongous hair in your mouth. Or if you're going to swallow it.

It's too awkward to say what I ended up doing.

That awkward moment when you are waiting for the bus, but the bus leaves in front of you without even stopping because it was full, and you look at other people standing there with a sense of embarrassment!
