Yes you can, but it would only be as a BSc in Life Sciences, not biology, chemistry, etc.

It depends on the program you are in. It also depends if you've met the prerequisite for a B.Sc. in Life Science. For instance I'm in the Biology Department so I would be getting a B.Sc. in Life Science, but I don't actually have all the prerequisites for that degree. So I believe if I left in my third year I would just get a general B.Sc. Not 100% sure though, because I didn't talk to the advisor in-dept about it last year.

You can Graduate with a three year Science degree if you fulfill the requirements for a 3 year life science degree. It is in the Undergraduate Calendar under B.Sc in Life Science. If you do want to graduate, you need to come into the Associate Dean of Science office in BSB room 129 and let them know.
Best of Luck!

You can graduate with a BSc even if you don't fulfill the 3-year Life Sci requirements. A few people in my program got into professional schools and they're graduating with a BSc, even though they definitely don't have all the required courses for life sci. If you have completed 3 years of any honours science program, you can apply to graduate with a BSc without finishing your fourth year--it says somewhere in the course calendar.
