I have a couple of general questions.....

1. there is an open closet space in my room and I was wondering if I could hang a curtain there? This may involve some drilling, is that allowed?
2. where should i dispose the garbage from my apartment?

1. Yes as long as when you leave you take them down and repair the wall if there's any noticeable damage
2. There should be dumpsters by the south? side of the building

Shower curtain rods work great to hang a curtain. No hole drilling necessary.

There's a garbage room on the first floor. If you enter Bates from the entrance closest to Keyes, turn left at the first corridor and that will lead you to the room.
