Best area for off-campus?
What area in Hamilton is good for off-campus housing? I've heard that alot of students live in westdale and south of the campus but which areas are the best (safety, accessibility, community, parties)

It changes every year, student groups come and go, so it's very difficult to predict which areas will be safer or have more/less parties.
