What is the best time to go to The Pulse?
What would you guys say is the best time to go to the gym? In relation to how busy it is? and how many people are there?

I don't mind a full gym, I just prefer more options with the equipment and lockers

Thanks

Usually early morning or late at night. When you first enter the pulse, off to the left of the desk on the wall is a sheet where they recorded the amount of people that come during each hour and I believe laid it out on graph. Don't know if it is still there, but the one thing I do know is that during the afternoon is the worst time to go

I go at 7:30am and it's pretty good. Lots of treadmills, bikes and ellipticals open; same with a lot of the weights, and fitness studio.

Summer.

Going to the gym during school year, especially in January, is a nightmare. There's more people than stations. Even after all the victims of their new year resolution get tired and stop coming there, it's still over crowded.

The morning is definitely our least busy time!
If you get here anytime before 10am, you should be golden for equipment and a locker.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

Thanks!

I would actually say very early morning isn't very good (6:00 AM -> 7:30 AM). It would appear this is when a lot of the sports teams come through for their winter training; it's actually really hard to get a free squat rack at this time.
