Very true, I didn't mention that. But you can get into them very easily, although it will be in the guise of "math 4W03". Generally this is no problem though, graduate schools will usually want to see a list of courses rather than just the transcript + names.

Mac has one of the best analysis research group in Canada though courses in this area somewhat limited. As for Waterloo, it doesn't even have proper freshman analysis course and UofT definitely has pretty undergrad/grad course selection.

Again, true. Mac has some very good research groups besides analysis too: logic, geometry & topology, and mathematical bio come to mind immediately.

As Maharatta said, it just depends on you not on university. It's just easier to enroll in one than in another.I'm covering same/more material here at Mac compared to UofT. For example, they cover Analysis 2 in 2nd year(liek omg) and Mac covers in 4th year. NP, take summer courses after 1st year and get into 4th year analysis.

Well, they use the Spivak series for 1st and 2nd year (i.e. "Calculus" for 1st year and "Calculus on Manifolds" for 2nd year). We don't do calc on manifolds until 4th year, but, at least last year, quite a bit more was covered than in the UoT course.
The UoT algebra series is also very good.
