Bikes
I just want to confirm, is there a place in Brandon to put my bike? Or do I have to bring it up to my room.

Bike Storage in Residence

For students in residence, bikes can be stored in designated storage areas inside your building. Ask your Community Advisor for a key when you move in.
Alternatives:

Not really near Brandon, but Bike Lockers: http://www.mcmaster.ca/sustainabilit...clesafe.htm l
You also have to apply and rent one.

Free alternative, Bike Racks: http://maps.google.ca/maps/ms?hl=en&...09656&t=h&z=17

Also, Bike Storage Rentals:

McMaster maintains a secure bike storage facility on the west side of Chest New Hall. This facility can house upwards of 40 bikes, has video surveillance and swipe card access. Take advantage of a FREE trial for the calendar year of 2010. Those interested in obtaining a parking space in the Facility can bring their application form to McMaster's Parking and Transit Services. Please direct questions to[email protected] er.ca

When I lived in Brandon the other year, there was a bike rack in the basement and people actually stored their bikes there. I'm not sure if it's still there this year.
