Biochem for non-science students
Hi I was wondeirng if anyone could help me. I really need a biochem for accelerated nursing, but I don't have any science backround. Is there anyway to get into the biochem course for non-science students?

You need just any biochem course? Maybe email the biochem department?

Been there, done that. Without any science background (first year chems/organic chemistry) they will not budge. You would have a better chance at getting permission if you took both first year chemistries but without that they won't make an exception. They wouldn't even make one for 2EE3 which really doesn't require much of a chemistry background -____-

That makes sense...because those courses are also prereqs for other courses that would require chemistry, but they don't list it as a prereq because by saying "biochem 2EE3" it's assumed you also have the chemistry courses. Also, 2EE3 is a pretty big class and fills up even with people who have the prereqs, so there's no reason for them to start letting people who don't have the prereqs take the spots of people who do.
