They aren't going to post any new marks or updated marks until may 30th, after the reviewing process.

Yeah, Jeremy is right. It won't show up until May 30th. The same thing with Psych 1XX3. I'm pretty sure there are other courses as well that don't have marks posted on the Grade Report. There are reasons for that of course as they may be re-evaluating a few things regarding the exams/final marks.

Does that mean that the marks on the degree audit arent final? How often is it that marks are changed after they appear on the degree audit.

The marks in the degree audit are subject to change. If for some reason, they decide to bell curve some of the grades or perhaps find out some errors with the marking schemes, the grades may end up changing. Another reason is that there might have been errors in some of the questions resulting in the removal of said questions. These are all things that they might be reviewing for courses that do not have posted grades. I am not too sure about other details so if anyone who knows more about this could clarify more, it would be great.

i was looking in some other threads and many people said that marks in the degree audit are final and rarely ever change. If they do, they only go up. I could be wrong though.

Yeah this is true generally; It's weird though, I checked my degree audit a couple days ago and the marks weren't there anymore, replaced with asterisks. Not sure what that means.

The marks are hidden now because degree audits are no longer available until May 30th.

The marks on the degree audit you could see are interim marks, which are not considered final, and nor are any grades considered as such until the review process is over. It is true that sometimes the grades do not change, but that does not mean they are final in an interim report.
