I was able to get into SOLAR but then got this message:
" Based on your current Registration and Payment Agreement status, you are not eligible to use SOLAR at this time. SOLAR will be available to you as of AUG 13 2012 "
Anybody have any ideas? As far as I know, I shouldn't be getting this message.

You had to confirm the payment agreement by July 27th, that's probably the reason |

Ha it is literally a blank page now, no connection at all. I've been up since 7:30 and still haven't been able to change anything

This is what it says when I go in solar:
Based on your current registration and payment agreement status, you are not eligible to use solar at this time. solar will be available to you as of aug 14,2012.
Am I rejected or reinstated??
Note: Before it use to say contact ur faculty
