There's only CIBC, sadly no other bank. You can use the regular generic ATMs (with the fee of $1.35 per transaction).

There is no ABM. Closest actual BMO bank is downtown. Bus stop is Bay Street.

I opened a CIBC account because of this and was going to cancel my BMO account but already CIBC has shown me it is inferior to BMO, even though BMO is kinda far

I used to bank with BMO, but left them solely because their service for Mac students is horrible. They can be bothered to send poorly informed credit card solicitors to harass us in BSB and MUSC, but haven't bothered to compete with the fact that every other bank has a branch within walking distance of the school... major fault in their marketing program. I'm with Scotiabank right now and love their service.

Instead of paying fees at the ATMs, go to titles, buy a pen for $1 and get cash back.

If you have a credit union, HSBC or ING Direct Thrive chequing account, then you can use the McMaster Credit Union ATM in MUSC for free via the exchange network.

Or tell the cashier to charge you for an envelope (5 cents) and save your 95 cents.
