Depends on the time of day - it can vary a lot. You can check the HSR website for schedules.

Well, in the summer it's ~half an hour, but during the year it's ~15 minutes. Again, the HSR website, or actually phoning in to check out bus timings is always a great idea!

Also a good idea to know your bus stop #, so you can call right after class/before you have to leave to check the bus times!

10-20 mins is right. Warning, give extra time in the morning cause there is a high probability they're already too full.

Yeah, if you're trying to get on at Longwood in the morning, especially at the beginning of the year, expect up to 3 full buses to drive by you. :(

They're only full because too many students take the bus three blocks simply because they are lazy.

They're full from people taking the bus from downtown. Anyone trying to get *on* at Longwood is lazy
Having said that, I took the bus from Longwood/King to campus 80% of the time when I lived around there. Sometimes it was full, but usually I could get on. If I couldn't, it wasn't a big deal - like I said, I was just being lazy when I took it.
But yeah, the point of the bus pass isn't so you can take it around the corner. It's so you can actually get around Hamilton.

The buses are full because the HSR doesnt run enough of them...its a simple fact of life. The amount of buses of they run aren't enough to handle the number of students who travel to the Westdale HS on Main, Columbia College and Mac.
Anyways pack your patience with you...it can get really frustrating.

Way to call me lazy.
Really, it's the people in Westdale that are lazy. No shovel sidewalks = scared to break a hip = take the bus.
