Have any of you lived in the condos in 1964 Main Street W. I saw an ad and was curious as to how the condo looks, whether its spacious, clean, and if it is an 8month or 12month lease. Thanks

Well, that was helpful. Has asking for peoples opinions who have lived at the place or are living there/have seen it. Calling and asking will only get you a biased opinion.
i haven't lived in 1964 but I've lived in the one beside it and I like it. All the units look a bit different so its hard to say what its like. You can go in there and look at it, just contact the person who is renting. The back hill is nice to sled on after a heavy snow fall and we have a pool and tennis court. You get to see wildlife pretty much every morning and night and you get to watch funeral processions headign to white chapel cemetery. All the old ppl and superintendents are friendly. umm yh Thats all there is to living there.

ask for a tour/look at the current rooms that they have. this way u can see the state of the room while people are still there living. It's better to form your own opinion about it. Also u can ask questions while you are there

Yeah, I've emailed them to see if I could take a look, awaiting their response.
