So, I know there are a bunch of threads that talk about what laptop you should buy, but I was wondering where you would recommend buying a laptop?
With respect to prices, selection, and customer support and whatever else you can think of.

Canada Computers (non-big box kind of store, can order from any dealer if you request it), Summit Direct (very small, good prices but limited range), Best Buy (varies, they had a really good asus laptop deal this weekend), Tiger Direct (specialize in online ordering, closest store is in Burlington)... I bought my laptop from Staples, on sale; they have a decent warranty program but the rest of their qualities is similar to Best Buy and Future Shop.
Canada Computers is pretty close to campus. It has a pretty big selection and will price-match with other retailers. NCIX is even better, but there arent as many locations.
Guess I'll be checking out a couple of different places, doesn't necessarily have to be close to campus.
The laptop I have right now was bought at Staples and their customer support has been horrid.
How are Canada Computers, NCIX and TigerDirect with customer support?

What do you mean customer support? Like warranties or troubleshooting?

Well I have never bought extended warranties since with the amount of conditions and stuff on them it usually isn't worth it, and the first x months is usually covered by the manufacturer (usually 1 year).
They all have physical stores, so you can at least nag them while under their's or factory warranty. Past that and I am not sure
Even if you decide to go somewhere else that staff in the computer department would be more than happy to talk to you about the kind of requirements you should be looking for.
