Cafe in Basement of CNH
Right before CNH 104 and in front of CNH B107. Is is ever open? What happened to it?

It's no longer operational. Hospitality doesn't list it in their map or dining on campus list anymore.

Really? Awww. Seems like a total waste of space now, with the painted walls and everything.

Used to be one of 3 Starbucks on campus, also used to be one in ITB, and there's still one in the basement of the hospital.

What? The Wokery is closed?
They should've kept it open for longer hours daily.

What used to be the cafe in CNH is now used as a storage area for Hospitality.

Yesterday, my tutorial talked about how we don't have a Starbuck's on campus. All us girls were sad that we don't and all the guys said, "how can anyone afford Starbuck's anyway?!". I undertsand their point, however lattes and cappucinos at William's are pricey, too. And some of the food places on campus aren't cheap. I can guarantee you that a Starbuck's on campus would make a lot of money as long as it was located in an easily accessible area. There certainly is a demand for one.

The Starbucks on our campus failed massively because it did not sell speciality coffees, only choosing to sell coffee and the small variants thereof (ie espresso). They charged normal Starbucks prices, so quite understandably they were thrashed by the 7 Tim Hortons locations on campus.
