You can get cakes made at grocery stores, depending how elaborate/custom you want it

I've heard of:
TCBY
256 Dundurn South
Hamilton, ON
Tel. (905) 577-6866
And I've been to it, but in Oakville. It should be the same thing though.

There's a TCBY right in westdale on king st. There's also a cupcake store right across the road in case you'd want to go that route. Fortinos and Metro have stuff if you're looking for a cheaper variety. I also remember seeing something neat looking going down main st towards downtown...

I know TCBY's cakes are pretty good (ice cream cake). I've also had ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins (in the same plaza as Crabby Joe's) which aren't that bad either. There's also a bakery in Westdale, but I'm not sure if they sell cakes!

My favourite cakes are from Longo's - unbeatable quality - every time.
But I can't lug one on the GO Bus. Especially because I'd fall asleep and drop it, like I do everything else when I fall asleep.

I mentioned real strawberries because some companies use jam or strawberry syrup to fill the cake and it doesn't feel the same to me.

I can finish one 12"-15" cake in one day.
Good strawberries make anything possible.
