Yep. It also syncs with iPod/iPhone apparently. I sure wish I could figure it out. For some reason, after the dozens - possibly hundreds of programs I've tried, Outlook eludes me.
I'm more of a Google Calendar person. #fail

If you have Gmail, then Google Calendar is pretty awesome. It probably syncs really well with Android phones too but don't own one so I'm not sure.

Ya syncs perfectly, Andriod + Google Calendar.
You can look into Sunbird (a Mozilla project that sort of died but you can still probably find installation files) or Thunderbird (email client) + Lighting (calendar) also by Mozilla
